1. Overview and Statutory Rights

Vlexironioizan is committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase of Corevion. This Return and Refund Policy sets out the circumstances in which you may return a product and receive a refund or replacement, and the process for doing so.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under New Zealand law. As a consumer in New Zealand, you have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986. These rights cannot be excluded or limited by this policy.

Under the CGA, when you purchase a product from us, it comes with the following guarantees:

  • The product will be of acceptable quality (safe, durable, free from defects, acceptable in appearance and finish, and fit for the purpose for which it is commonly supplied);
  • The product will be fit for any particular purpose you made known to us before purchase;
  • The product will match any description we provided;
  • You will have clear title to the product;
  • The product will be supplied at a reasonable price (if no price was agreed in advance).

2. Our Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy for unopened products. This means that if you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return the product within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition;
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged;
  • The product seal has not been broken;
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt);
  • You contact us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date to initiate the return.

Please note: For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used food supplement products, unless the product is defective or does not meet the guarantees under the CGA.

3. Returns for Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly described, or otherwise does not meet the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy under the CGA. This right applies regardless of whether the product has been opened.

Depending on the nature and severity of the failure, your remedy may include:

  • Minor failure: We may choose to repair the product, replace it, or provide a refund of the purchase price;
  • Major failure: You may choose to return the product and receive a full refund, or keep the product and receive compensation for the reduction in value.

A failure is considered "major" if the product would not have been purchased had you been aware of the failure, or if the product is substantially unfit for its purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within the applicable timeframe – Email us at message@vlexironioizan.world or call +64 9 919 2320 within 14 calendar days of delivery (for change-of-mind returns) or within a reasonable time of discovering a defect (for CGA claims).
  2. Provide your order details – Include your full name, order number, the email address used to place the order, and a description of the reason for the return. For defective products, please include photographs of the defect or damage where possible.
  3. Await our response – We will acknowledge your return request within 2 business days and provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  4. Return the product – Package the product securely and send it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. For defective products or CGA claims, we will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.
  5. Receive your remedy – Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund, replacement, or other agreed remedy within 5–10 business days.

Do not return products without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unrequested returns may not be processed.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we agree otherwise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment account (e.g., the credit card, PayPal account, or bank account used for the purchase).

6.2 Refund Timeframes

Once we have received and inspected the returned product and approved your refund:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank);
  • PayPal refunds: typically 3–5 business days;
  • Bank transfer refunds: typically 2–5 business days.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

6.3 Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be issued — for example, where a product is returned in a condition that is not fully consistent with the return conditions set out in this policy (e.g., damaged packaging for a change-of-mind return). We will communicate any deductions to you before processing a partial refund.

6.4 Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent) or a CGA claim. For CGA claims, we will refund all reasonable costs including original and return shipping.

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

  • Opened or partially used food supplement products (for hygiene and food safety reasons);
  • Products returned after the 14-day voluntary return period (for change-of-mind returns);
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the storage or usage instructions;
  • Products with broken seals where the return is not due to a defect.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at message@vlexironioizan.world. Please include photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage where applicable.
